Dear Sabrina, 感謝你和Mark辦一個這麼溫暖又快樂的party, 也十分感謝你們的招待.

我做的Herb-and-Cheese Chicken Thighs, 個人是覺得有點小失敗, 外層雞肉乾柴, 裡層還好, 我猜原因有2,
1.是原始食譜要用帶雞皮的腿肉, 可是我考慮到很多人不吃雞皮, (我也不吃), 所以我用沒有雞皮的肉.原食譜進烤箱前沒有抹油, 大概是因為原食譜有雞皮的油吧, 而我去掉了雞皮自然就不夠油了, 表層就乾了.
2.我家離你家有點距離, 冷掉就更乾了.

不過我很喜歡他的餡料, 準備跟烤的時候好香好香.下回我在家做再試一次, 希望會成功.

對了, 我家兒子的照片有成功嗎? 如果有可以傳給我嗎? 謝謝啦, 另外, 下個月有時間的話我們再選平日聚聚吧!!

我漸漸可以體會到妳所謂辦派對上癮症了,
聚集一夥好友吃喝談笑的感覺的確很棒,
謝謝妳和馬克主辦這麼一場讓人回味無窮的年終派對,
週五品酒百分之九十九無望出席的我,
也總算趕上一場歡聚盛會.
至於我做的自選五香雞肉沙拉佐雲吞盒子,
作法很簡單,
而且賣相很好,
只是超費工,
像是製作雲吞盒子就是個急不得的步驟,
然後沙拉的部份,
所有食材都得細切,
所以費了比我想像長些的時間準備,
也才會遲到六點半才到會,
食譜我依自己的喜好經驗做了一點小調整,
像是先灑上黑白芝麻,
讓雲吞盒子看起來更漂亮,
然後烤雞肉的部份,
我也是以自己的方式爐烤,
心得是,
很適合派對的可口小食,
不過我覺得份量不太對,
沙拉的部份太少,
真做了如食譜所言四十八個雲吞盒子的話,
我覺得不夠盛.
還有一點是,
這回用的雲吞皮是在whole foods買的,
不知道亞洲超市有沒有更薄一些的選擇,
有的話我覺得口感會更優.

Hi Sabrina,你的party很成功!謝謝你們給大夥這樣的機會相聚。
我做beef stew的心得是要多加一點牛肉。 我用了4磅半的牛肉,做出來剛剛好。因為裡面要兩瓶啤酒,肉也會出水,按原誧的量可能會太多湯水。找那個比利時啤酒也費了一點功夫,不過比我以前做的beef stew要好味, 得到好几個人的稱讚,很滿足。:) 那個Tapioca Pudding就比較容易,只要注意火候,成功率很高, 的確是簡單又受歡迎的好東西。
