RN74 by Michael Mina

十一月底為了替即將搬到新加坡的Linda送行,和好友Min, 新朋友Grace 和 Jennie, 一起在舊金山的RN74共進午飯 (RN74的官網做的不錯, 網站上的相片賞心悅目). 每次到舊金山聚餐, 都是由懂吃的Min找餐廳, 因為她對名廚的名字都朗朗上口, 而且對餐廳或主廚由來如數家珍, 所以找餐廳吃飯這差事, 當然就推給她囉, 而且從來沒有失望過.

坐在二位懂吃又愛吃的Min和Linda旁邊, 只能聽她們倆滔滔不絕的討論最近上哪個餐館吃, 哪裡又有哪個名廚新開的餐廳, 我只能靜靜的聽, 不過有關餐廳這檔事, 如果你自個兒沒去吃過, 還真搭不上嘴.

我們當天點的幾道菜都不錯吃, 新式法國餐館的特色是菜量都不算大, 符合我們少量多盤的喜好, 這樣我們可以多點幾道, 每一樣都嘗一點, 當天一致公認最讚的就屬其貌不揚的義大利寬麵了.

Salad of Little Gem Lettuce

Sauteed Pork Belly

Grilled Chicken Breast

忘了這道義大利麵叫啥了, 別看它其貌不揚, 味道卻是最後讓五個女人難忘的.

我也忘了這道魚的菜名叫啥了

我們最後叫了二道甜點, 這一個可能是Creme Fraiche Panna Cotta (Candied apples, graham cracker, cinnamon ice cream).

這一個可能是White Sesame Pot de Creme (chocolate glaze, cherries, bugnes lyonnais pastry).
