(上圖是牛排管狀麵) 連續帶了四個月的午餐便當, 則因上二週的週末都外出拍照而停止, 加上煮飯煮到煩, 所以得想想別的折衷方式. 二週前在Safeway超市看到幾個冷凍快餐的品牌, 其中我選擇Bertolli義大利料理 (各種義大利麵, 配雞肉, 蝦仁, 牛排等) 和 Contessa中國料理 (有炒麵, 炒飯, 炒蝦仁蔬菜, 蒙古烤肉等)二個牌子, 各買一包回家試試, 結果出乎意外的好吃, 所以今天又趁打折多買了幾包不同口味的, 介紹給各位.

後記: 吃了幾包義大利麵後有個感想, 我覺得包裝袋裡的奶油塊可以少放幾塊, 改倒一點橄欖油, 比較不那麼油膩; 我個人比較喜歡吃麵條類, 所以覺得管狀類的味道沒有麵條類的好, 不過這可能是我個人因素, 因為我的室友覺得都很好吃.

義大利麵的是甚麼都有
有醬有麵有料例如紅椒香菇
都是個別冷凍
但是都在同一袋裡
你可以用微波爐加熱
但是我比較喜歡用鍋子
我是用一個有一點深度的平底鍋
先倒一匙油
然後整包倒進去鍋裡
加蓋
用中小火加熱
你可以離開作別的事
五分十分鐘後再回來攪拌一下
很快就有得吃
而且很好吃喔

我的食量不大
所以一包份量對我來說是二人份

我還沒全部吃過所以不知道哪個最好吃
但就我目前吃過都很不錯
那就看你喜歡雞肉牛肉蝦仁啦

我很好奇!
蝦仁蔬菜的我可以了解,就是一道菜!
那義大利麵,裡面也是只有料,還有連麵也有?
上班以後, 我也漸漸吃起冷凍食物的傾向了!
以前可是連半夜12點肚子餓,都要堅持自己動手做的說!XD

哪個最好吃呢? 晚一點我也來去買一包吃吃。
