BayArea Parent - Healthy Trails

在灣區, 如果你有注意, 在一些人行道旁邊或是一些商店裡面或外面, 常有一些免費刊物: 包括和吃喝玩樂有關的The Wave Magazine, 以及與有小孩的家庭有關的Bay Area Parent. Bay Area Parent十月份的Silicon Valley版有介紹一個適合Family的活動叫Healthy Trails, 可以攜家帶眷去健行, 騎車, 跑步, 你也可以參加有人帶領的Guided Hikes, 網站上有詳細資料的PDF檔案供下載. 最近二次有人帶領, 且路線較為容易的健行日期/地點如下:
10/25 Sat. 9:00-11:00am At Uvas County Park (Parking Fee), Waterfall Loop Trail. Meet at the Uvas County Parking Lot.
11/16 Sun. 9:00-11:00am At Mt. Madonna County Park (Parking Fee), Miller Nature Trail. Meet at the Miller Nature Trail Parking Lot.
